I am your inside sales representative. My focus is providing excellent customer service to our valued customers to ensure their customer experience is as easy and convenient as possible. I get the most joy when I help customers to solve their problems.
In my spare time I enjoy golfing, participating in men’s league hockey and spending time with my wife Lauren.
As an inside sales team member, I help our customers find the right product or solution to their challenges, as well as help them troubleshoot any issues they might have. I joined Ti-SALES in 2008; before that, I worked for a leading manufacturer of chemical metering pumps and accessories. At Ti-SALES, I’ve developed into our in-house metering pump technical specialist. I get a lot of satisfaction out of helping our customers get the exact right pump and accessories for their needs, be it for precise chemical dosing or any other need. (And of course, I’m happy to help with meters, brass, tools, and everything else we sell!)
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors with my dogs as well as playing musical instruments.
My responsibilities include procuring specifications through various municipal and state bid sites as well as identifying product needs per customer request. Another large part is putting together competitive bid packages and maintaining the Ti-SALES team’s standing as the strongest supplier with the most exceptional customer service in the water and wastewater industry.
I have always taken the approach of “do whatever it takes” to ensure customers are satisfied. I have been in the water and wastewater industry for 25 years and love the industry.
I have spent many years as a baseball / softball coach. I am currently an umpire for USA Softball on weekends and enjoy biking, hiking, fishing, and spending full days at the beach.
As a System Support Specialist, I assist with the day-to-day maintenance, operation, and implementation of AMR and AMI meter reading solutions. I spend time monitoring and supporting our fixed network data collectors, gateways, and mobile reading equipment. I work together with our outside team to ensure that the customer has all that they need to capture their meter readings in a timely and efficient manner. I split time in the office and on site with customers depending on what the job calls for.
I attended Tufts University which provided me a great base for my position. I look forward to getting the chance to work with all our great customers across New England and New York!
When I’m not working, I maintain an active lifestyle through regularly hiking and enjoy watching football.
I have been working at Ti-SALES since the year 2000. I started as an inside sales and customer service representative, and I worked in that role for several years before taking on the role of Municipal Bid Manager. Over the years my responsibilities have grown to also include coordinating maintenance contracts for Meter Reading Equipment and Software for all of our Neptune customers. I also run the Meter Reading Equipment Loaner Program which ensures that all of our customers can continue reading their meters if they have an issue with their any of their equipment.
In 2014 I was promoted to Purchasing and Inventory Manager. I am responsible for ensuring that Ti-SALES has an inventory level that allows us to ship most orders the same day we receive them. Our customers commonly have the product the very next day.
I am an avid fan of all New England Sports teams as well as a NASCAR fan. I also enjoy many outdoor activities including fishing, snowboarding and snowmobiling. I also like hiking and camping with Kristen, my wife of over 16 years, my daughter Olivia, and my son Nolan. I spend many days at the soccer field watching Nolan who plays club soccer year round.
In my role as Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, my responsibility is to support inside staff operations as well as our hard-working Territory Managers in the field. I also support the Management team with their tasks and handle the Marketing responsibilities. Our staff strives to assist our customers with the excellence they have come to expect from Ti-SALES over the years and it is my job and pleasure to make sure they are in the best position to do so!
In previous positions I have worked long tenures in IT at a Fortune 500 company as well as an operations manager at a construction firm.
In my spare time, my wife Thais and I love traveling and sports. I consider myself very lucky to have someone who enjoys accompanying me to any sort of professional game (especially soccer)!
Accounts Receivable is my specialty. My customer relationships are the best part of my job, as AP office workers feel comfortable asking me any question about invoices or statements, and vice-versa with me asking about payments, purchase orders, etc. Emails like this from customers always make my day: “Thank you Janet 🙂 Have a great afternoon!”
I process invoices at the end of the day as the trucks pull out delivering your orders. I enjoy people and give back to others through volunteer work in my spare time.
I’ve been with the company since 2006 and I’m currently the Director of Warehouse & Maintenance. I worked at inside sales for one year and then moved out into the warehouse when this position became available. My previous jobs have included other warehouse management positions, retail supervision, and steel building construction, to name just a few. My crew and I strive to get every order that comes in to us shipped out the very same day. The three of us also use our knowledge and experience every day to help anyone who walks through the door to find just what they need to get the job done right.
As the Director of Strategic Markets, my main focus is identifying and evaluating complementary product lines to expand Ti-SALES’s existing solution offerings. With over 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, I’ve developed a deep insight into our market as well as a particular expertise in chemical feed and monitoring equipment. Water treatment is an increasingly complex, vital field and my personal goal is to make Ti-SALES the number one partner for municipal water & wastewater treatment customers throughout our region.
I joined Ti-SALES in 2021; before that, I served as the Vice President of Sales at a leading New England distributor of fluid handling equipment to manufacturing and municipal markets.
Outside of work, I live with my wife Susan in Middleborough, MA, and enjoy spending time with our two children, four grandchildren, and one Australian Shepherd, Jasper. My passions include photography, visiting National Parks, and the Boston Bruins.
My responsibilities at Ti-SALES include shipping and receiving packages and general work around the warehouse. I also help walk-in customers find what they need, and I’m responsible for general maintenance around the building and yard. I have previously worked in the HVAC industry and in flexographic printing. Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors – hunting, fishing, and camping.

Bert founded Ti-SALES in 1963 when he began selling water and wastewater supplies out of his basement office and garage in Sudbury with the help of his wife Edna and their three young sons. Today the company has thirty full-time employees across seven states servicing hundreds of water utilities, contractors, consultants, and resellers. Bert guided the company to provide the absolute best customer service in the waterworks industry, with every stock order shipping the day we get it, and that commitment to knowledgeable, reliable, honest service continues to define and guide what Ti-SALES is all about. Over fifty years later the company Bert founded continues to strive hard to build lasting customer relationships and to provide the best possible experience for water and wastewater professionals across New England and upstate New York.
I was 9 when my father, Bert Tighe, started Ti-SALES. As children, my brothers and I helped out with the family business after school and during the summers. Fifty years later, I’m guiding the company on issues ranging from how we answer the phones to which manufacturers we represent. The fast-changing Advanced Metering Infrastructure technologies provide challenges that keep me engaged. I’ve made many good friends from the Investor Owned Utilities sector who have mentored me over the years. In my leisure, time I enjoy paddle boarding, poultry raising, antique trucks, and skiing.
